Who We Are

REIA Austin is the Central Texas chapter of Texas REIAs, one of the largest real estate investment association networks in Texas, active since 2002. We exist for one reason: to help Austin real estate investors find deals, build their teams, and close transactions in one of the most dynamic markets in the United States. From first-time investors buying their first rental in Pflugerville to experienced operators scaling into commercial deals along the tech corridor, REIA Austin is the local community that turns ambition into closed deals.

Our Mission

Austin is unlike any other Texas market. Driven by Tesla, Oracle, Apple, Dell, and Samsung, the region known as Silicon Hills has experienced waves of in-migration, appreciation, and rapid change that create both extraordinary opportunity and unique risk. Our mission is to give Austin investors the local intelligence they need to navigate this market with confidence, rather than relying on national averages that have nothing to do with what is happening on the ground in East Austin, Round Rock, or Georgetown.

Local-First Focus: Every speaker, every deal, and every resource at REIA Austin is specific to the Austin and Central Texas market. We do not bring in out-of-state pitchmen selling generic national programs.

Led by an Active Investor: REIA Austin is led by Shenoah Grove, a Licensed Texas Broker and REALTOR who has personally completed more than 1,200 real estate transactions since 2003, totaling over $200 million in value. The strategies taught at REIA Austin come from deals being closed right now.

Texas REIAs Network: Membership connects you to the broader Texas REIAs network of 20,000+ investors statewide, giving Austin members deal flow, partnerships, and intelligence across Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and beyond.

No Out-of-State Pitchmen: This is a strict, enforced policy. Members never sit through presentations about markets in California or Florida that have no relevance to their Austin strategy.

Our mission is to educate our members and share as much information as we can to help them become successful in their real estate investors by providing the tools and training they need to start and grow their business.

We are a San Antonio, Texas real estate association and we only post ‘deals’ and ‘opportunities’ that are related to San Antonio, Texas real estate. The discussion board is highly moderated in that NO deals get posted that don’t directly have a relationship to real estate investing in Texas. That is a huge differentiator for us. Most members really appreciate not having their inbox clogged with spam about swamp land in Florida.
